Manager: Larry Dauber

Notable: Manager since 2005

 Date Line Summit Station Ohio:
The Miami Pelicans have been relocated north to Sunny Summit Station Ohio. New Owner Larry “Dauphine “ Dauber bought the struggling franchise and decided immediately to move North to his roots in Lovely Summit Station. Struggling to get a new stadium he opened his check book and went away from the current trend of Band Boxes and built the Vast Wasteland.

Larry looked for a manger with his on disposition and hired Dave Sky Kingman as Manager while taking out a multimillion dollar insurance policy to protect the team from any lawsuits from the local Press.

Manager Kingman’s first goal was transform the team from an image of himself to one that can catch the ball. Trading players like they were trading cards the Sky Kings have added draft picks and defense to help rebuild this historically mediocre franchise.

Kingman told local press that his first goal is to be strong up the middle adding Adam Everett along with Scott Podsednik, and Braden Inge behind the plate. I have great respect for Billy Martin<may he rest in peace> and I am a firm believer in Billy Ball. I have a humble goal this year I want to decrease losses to 85-90 and cut down on errors by 25. I would also like to start anew with the press and try to rebuild our relationships from the past. <Snickering under his breath> I am still looking to make a trade or two but my roster is shaping up nicely with the addition of David Wright, Jose Castillo, Jason Werth, and the young Pitcher Denny Bautista. We have started to strengthen ourselves up the middle with young players.
